iScale Solutions has been an employer in the Philippines since 2013. Over the years, we have gained the trust of our Employees by putting their welfare first, in all decisions we take. During the COVID pandemic, most of our employees have been able to continue working from home and servicing customers. Going forward, we are exploring innovative and flexible options to keep expending the operations, while preserving the health and safety of employees. Also, as the industry is gradually shifting to a more home-based model, we have started hiring employees home-based as well.

Recruitment Process

We aim to make your recruitment experience seamless and enjoyable. For many applicants, interview is always a stressful moment and we try to make the whole experience as fun and relaxing as possible.

Different job openings obviously have different requirements. However, a typical interview process usually includes one or more of the items below:

  • IQ and Logic test (online)
  • Take home coding exercise
  • Face to face / video interviews
  • Problem solving questions
  • Personality assessment
  • Background check

As a rule of thumb, we encourage candidates to just be themselves and take the interview as a discussion. In fact, no candidate is usually perfect at everything. Also, the level of expectation per position usually vary. Therefore, there is no need to try to answer perfectly all questions. A good candidate usually brings an overall set of positive impressions for the recruitment team, but does not necessarily ace every single question.
