The EOR company handles all legal compliance, HR, payroll, and benefits associated with the employment.

What if I am not satisfied with your employee’s work ?
Our HR and operations management employees can help in such situation. Each situation is unique and may be addressed differently. It is important for our clients to give feedback and communicate with our management on such issues.
We try to replace employees as much as possible in other accounts.
While we prefer employees to follow their local daytime hours to perform work, we understand that some client prefer our employees to work in their timezone. It is possible to our employes in Madagascar and the Philippines to follow our clients timezones.
Yes, it is possible to have specific employees be on-call for operational emergencies. This arrangement requires additional compensation and price may vary according to the number of hours rendered during on-call times.
  • For most roles, we aim to find most positions in 4 to 6 weeks. But it depends on the difficulty of the profile and the responsiveness of the client.
  • But we don’t rush during the recruitment process. We want to find the right fit and not just a fit
We perform various screening assessments depending on the position to be filled by the candidate. Most screening assessment include technical, personality and cultural fit evaluation. All successful applicants are subject to a background check.
