What is EOR?
An Employer of Record (EOR) provider is a company allowing its clients to hire employees in a different country without establishing a local legal entity. Employees working through the EOR are legally employed and managed administratively by the EOR company, while they are operationally managed by the EOR client. The EOR company handles all legal compliance, HR, payroll, and benefits associated with the employment.
What is the difference between staff augmentation, BPO and outsourcing?

What is the cost of your outsourcing service?

Can I negotiate the candidates salaries and benefits?
Our staff augmentation services prioritize transparency, ensuring that each team member seamlessly integrates into your organization. We foster open conversations to maintain clarity and alignment with your goals.
Can I be billed in other currencies than Pesos or Vietnamese Dong?
Yes, it is possible. We offer billing in USD, EUR, SGD and AUD. Other currencies may be available upon request.
When do I need to pay?
Most invoicing is done on a monthly basis. Payment terms may vary by services. In some cases, a refundable security deposit may be required.
Do I need to pay for the facilities and the IT equipments?
Typically yes for EOR and staff augmentation. With BPO, the pricing is all inclusive and includes such costs.

What if I am not satisfied with your employee’s work ?
Our HR and operations management employees can help in such situation. Each situation is unique and may be addressed differently. It is important for our clients to give feedback and communicate with our management on such issues.
What happens when a client terminates the mission? Do you replace the employees?
We try to replace employees as much as possible in other accounts.
Can your employees work for different timezones?
While we prefer employees to follow their local daytime hours to perform work, we understand that some client prefer our employees to work in their timezone. It is possible to our employes in Madagascar and the Philippines to follow our clients timezones.
Can we put up on-call duties?
Yes, it is possible to have specific employees be on-call for operational emergencies. This arrangement requires additional compensation and price may vary according to the number of hours rendered during on-call times.
What is the timeline for recruitment?
- For most roles, we aim to find most positions in 4 to 6 weeks. But it depends on the difficulty of the profile and the responsiveness of the client.
- But we don’t rush during the recruitment process. We want to find the right fit and not just a fit
Where do you source the candidates?
We perform various screening assessments depending on the position to be filled by the candidate. Most screening assessment include technical, personality and cultural fit evaluation. All successful applicants are subject to a background check.
What happen if a candidate accept a proposition but then got a better offer and retracts?
- It doesn’t happen a lot. When candidates have signed the contract, they usually stick to it.
- What can happen is to move the start date, but for good reason usually.
Who provides the IT equipment?
- We can buy on your behalf
- We can rent it to you
- You can ship (but it’s not recommended because very costly)
